Climate:
The savanna is a large grassland that is hot all year. Instead of four seasons, it has two monsoon seasons, one dry and one wet. In the dry season, it is regularly 68 degrees to 78 degrees Fahrenheit. In the wet season, it can be from 78 degrees to 86 degrees.
Annual Rainfall:
In the savanna, it rains 10-30 inches in the wet season, none at all in the dry season.
Local Wildlife:
The savanna is home to African Elephants, African Wild Dogs, Black Mambas, Caracal, Chacma Baboons, the Egyptian Mongoose, Emu's, Grant's Zebras, Koala Bears, Lions, Nigriceps Ants, and Nile Crocodiles. These and other animals share a habitat with the Senegal Gum Acacia, the Baobab, Bermuda Grass, Candelabra Trees, Elephant Grass, Gum Tree Eucalyptus, Jackalberry Trees, the Jarrah, Kangaroo Paws, Manketti Trees, River Bushwillows, the Umbrella Thorn Acacia, and the Whistling Thorn. The savanna is an interesting place.
